Common questions
How do I respond to an Invitation or Survey?
Open the category, find the row, then use Reply to upload your completed file. The status light turns grey once submitted.
Why can't I see Forecast documents?
Document visibility is set per supplier group by STEM. Contact your buyer if you expect access to a stream you can't see.
What file types can I upload?
XLSX, PDF, DOCX and ZIP up to 20 MB. Keep the original reference number in the file name where possible.
